Terms of Use

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms apply to mathgem.ca ("MathGem"), a free website run by Thomas Lee, an individual in British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using MathGem

MathGem is free. You don't need an account, and you may use the site to generate, view and print worksheets as often as you like.

Printing and sharing worksheets

You may print the worksheets, answer sheets and lesson pages you generate, and make copies of them, for personal, family, homeschool and classroom use, including sharing copies with your own students. You may not sell them, include them in a paid product or service, or republish them online as your own collection. Linking to MathGem pages is always welcome.

Site content

The text, explanations, examples, design and software of MathGem are owned by its operator. Apart from the printing and sharing allowed above, please do not copy or republish them without permission. Ask at [email protected] if you would like to use something in another way.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site in a way that disrupts it for others, for example by sending automated requests at a rate that affects its availability, or by trying to access parts of the site that are not public.

Accuracy

MathGem works hard to get every problem and explanation right, and its generators and examples are checked automatically. Even so, mistakes are possible. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and it is not a substitute for a teacher's judgement. If you find an error, please report it so it can be fixed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathGem and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the worksheets.

Other services and links

MathGem uses services from other companies, such as Google for analytics and advertising, and may link to other websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and policies. How MathGem handles information is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
